and laying down postures.
Acceptance & selfcompassion are keywords along with awareness through body, heart & mind.
There will be guided meditations and daily instructions with teachings based in early Buddhism
and we will do mindful yoga for body support and grounding.
The retreat is for everybody, young and old, experienced and beginner.
This retreat will be taught in English and/or Swedish if required.
“Kali is a very unique teacher who has both gone very deep in the greatest wisdom traditions of the world and also embodies the love and devotion necessary to convey the full picture of what awakening is really about. We very much look forward hosting this special retreat with her where love and wisdom walk hand in hand”
“Kali has a unique ability to create a welcoming and safe space at her retreats. By weaving well chosen poems and pieces of music in her teaching, it gets easier to receive what is being conveyed.”
