CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for booking with us.

During the current coronavirus pandemic, we wish for our guests to make their bookings without concern of having to cancel in the future. 

If you wish to make a booking, and then need to cancel due to Covid 19, our flexible policy allows you to cancel your booking free of charge, as long as the cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the start of the retreat. This applies both if you, or someone you’ve been in contact with has shown symptoms, and if travel restrictions change in a way that will prevent you from traveling to Shambala. I you cancel less than 5 days in advance for corona reasons, we will refund 50% back. 

This new cancellation policy will be applicable until further notice.

Upon arrival, everyone at Shambala will be offered a Covid quick test on arrival. Should the test show a positive result, we will ask our guests to return home safely. The price of the retreat will be paid back in full.

If you are cancelling your booking for reasons other than Covid, the following cancellation policy applies:

GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY

  • More than three months notice: 100% of the total cost of the retreat will be returned
  • 3 months to 14 days notice: 70% of the total cost of the retreat will be returned
  • 14 days to 5 days notice: 50% of the total cost of the retreat will be returned
  • Less than 5 days notice: 0% of the total cost of the retreat will be returned
