During the current Covid-19 pandemic, we wish for our guests to make their bookings without concern of having to cancel last minute.
Your teacher may have agreed to a different cancellation policy for their retreat. This will be specified on the retreat event page.

If you wish to make a booking, and then need to cancel due to Covid 19 symptoms, our flexible policy allows you to cancel your booking free of charge, as long as the cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the start of the retreat.
This applies both if you, or someone you’ve been in contact with has shown symptoms, and if travel restrictions change in a way that will prevent you from traveling to Shambala. I you cancel less than 5 days in advance for Covid-19 reasons, we will still refund 50% back.
This new cancellation policy will be applicable for 2021 events only, until further notice.

If you are cancelling your booking for reasons other than Covid, or if you book a 2022 event, the following cancellation policy applies:
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY
- More than three months notice: 100% of the total cost of the retreat will be returned
- 3 months to 14 days notice: 70% of the total cost of the retreat will be returned
- 14 days to 5 days notice: 50% of the total cost of the retreat will be returned
- Less than 5 days notice: 0% of the total cost of the retreat will be returned
