During these days together we hold space for you to be fully present in harvesting the energies created in summer, to fill up your energy pool for the quieter seasons. All this will be assisted by yoga, frequency meditation and mother nature.
This retreat will focus on you building your own energy pool and integrate it into your system. We will support you in this by bringing you in contact with your own source by listening to your body, energy flow and the guidance of your light. By doing things in harmony and in line with yourself, you can find your own rhythm.
In the beautiful nature, in the forest, by the lake and being nourished by the ayurvedic food we will center and create distance to the distractions of the mind. It’s time to feel free of expectations, feel safe, accepted and integrate the knowledge that you’re already complete. Together with Mother nature we will support each other to embrace all our parts and our energies can flourish. There’s no need to perform, so we will move from doing to being, leaving our head and find our way back into the body.

With yoga and pranayama, designed for the particular energy, we are working with and with frequency meditation focusing on your inner light we help the body and energy patterns to feel safe so they can open up and release to create new space for fresh energies. We need to re-wind from the programming that takes us further away from our power, so we invite the soft balanced feminine energy to be present during our retreat. This is an energy that all beings need to embrace to nourish and grow wholesomely.
We will work with the pillar of Light which is the extended chakra channel that holds both your body’s and spiritual chakras. Strengthen our roots in the core of the earth to be rooted and connected to the source at the same time.
Our days together will be spent in the Shala as well as in nature so bring clothes that work for both despite the weather. We have time together and you will have time to integrate and reflect in nature everyday, so your favourite note book and pen might become handy. We also want to encourage you to integrate a digital detox in your retreat time. This retreat is you finding your own rhythm and pace that works for you.

TEACHER’S BIO

Linda Andersson
Linda is a trained school teacher, who always had a strong inner knowing that spirituality, the body’s ability to heal and that it is so much more wisdom around us, than we are being taught in school.So when she was 15 years old she took the first Reiki-healing course and from that deepened her inner work with meditation and spiritual teachings. She is now working full time in her business Inspiration Linda Andersson with the meditation she channels and calls Frequency meditation, she has inner-expansion groups, retreats, courses and a Soul Coaching mentoring program. She is also trained and works as a Reikimaster, Journey Practitioner and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist.
Her passion is to help people listen to their souls to find their inner potential, heal and follow their own truth, guidance and lifemission. Online, one to one and with groups.
Linda is from Dalarna but lives in Kiruna, the northern part of Sweden.

Sandra Rengel
Sandra was born in Düsseldorf and is living in her hometown today. Her journey led her to gastronomy, a relaxation education, a wonderful time in a community on La Gomera and finally to yoga.
She has been practicing yoga from different traditions and is always fascinated by how versatile yoga is. Through her first yoga teacher training she discovered her love for relaxing yin yoga, holistic hatha yoga and invigorating pranayama.
Since her sabbatical in spring 2018, filled with many travels and further trainings, Sandra has been teaching yoga with great dedication and joy. She has always felt deeply connected to the world of music and discovered Bhakti Yoga and Mantras for herself at an early age. “Spirituality to me means trusting to be held by something higher, which is dormant in all of us.” she says.
Together with Linda she was part of the Ayurveda Yoga Therapy Training with Janesh Vaidya and his team in Kerala, she has been inspired by how individual yoga can be adapted to the different forces within each of us.
“It invigorates me to feel how I can get closer to my essence, my core in the practice, how the mind quiets and the body rediscovers its ability to heal itself.”

- Coming by air: The nearest airport to Shambala is Stockholm Vasteras. The second nearest airport is Arlanda airport, the main airport in Sweden. You can easily take a train all the way to Skinnskatteberg from both of them.
- Coming by train / bus: We are fortunate to have a train / bus station at Skinnskatteberg only 5 minutes ride from the center. We offer free pick up services from this station in summer.
