Join Johan and Jenny for a heart – warming retreat, where they will share the practices that they love to do, Kirtan – sound vibration meditation, nourishing yoga, yoga nidra and satsang (spiritual conversations).
Four days and three nights of gentle practices that will both guide you go deep within where you can rest with the silence of your being, allowing your body to release stress and tension, as well as heart – opening kirtans and community connection.
The feeling in Shambala at the end of October is peaceful and carries a special sweetness. Nature prepares for its great rest, and so can we. Mushrooms are popping up in the forest, and from our floating sauna you can gaze at the moon rising like a golden globe above the lake.
COVID-19:

“This is where the magic happens – together, with open hearts in beautiful nature.”
We want to share the practices that have deeply blessed our lives:
- The song circles are called kirtan, and is a sacred sound vibration meditation and a very direct way to feeling connected to yourself and to everything around. The songs are easy to sing along with and creates a space of safety and wholeness in your body and soul.
- Our Yoga classes are gentle and heart opening. We move with softness to allow the nervous system to wind down and take you into a deep inner connection to yourself. This way of moving your body is simple and doesn’t require prior experience, at the same time it can take you into deeper states of bodily awareness and connection.
- Yoga Nidra, also called yogic sleep gives you the much needed rest you may be longing for, and can help you release tiredness, as well as letting go of throughs, feelings and impressions that lies lodged up in your body, creating stress and tension.
- In the satsangs we get that precious time to talk about what really matters in life and any questions can be brought to light.
