More details about the teachings:
Yoni + Universe becomes = Yoniverse
Yoni comes from the ancient spiritual language, Sanskrit. It is a deeply honouring & reverential word that means Vulva, Womb, Vessel, Mother Earth & Home.
In the Veda It is said that by nature the Yoni is a constant orgasm. It is where life is created, nurtured, birthed, sustained as well as where a dying process in the form of transformation takes place.
There is no real death, nothing goes into non existence. Death means change. Just like an orgasm; the ending brings about a new beginning. The orgasm creates life and death is imminent. A sacred meeting of life & death.
Life & Death are but 2 sides of the same coin, as are all opposites, as are all moments.
That which appears different from one another is meant to unite. We all long to resolve the division. We all long to be one. Resting in abiding love.
You and I are meant to discover our innate connection. In Vedic terms our oneness.
This discovery leads to freedom. Ultimate freedom; it is the orgasm of all orgasms.
A constant orgasm.
A pleasure, a happiness, a fullness, that has no arrival and no departure.
This is how Our Yoniverse is.
Be Woman Project: A Sacred Movement
A project that empowers those who identify with being a woman & have a Yoni to know that they are the source of love, security & happiness.
Neutralize competition through contribution, validation & sharing your story.
Neutralize jealousy through admiration and the sacred arts.
Neutralize fear, insecurity, the sense of unworthiness, shame and alienation through self knowledge and sacred gatherings.
The first meaning is goddess. That which is sacred, whole and complete. Devi comes from the Sanskrit root div. which means she who exists in all beings. She, who is ever shining, bright & luminous. She who lights up this entire world. We are all Devis according to ancient Vedic knowledge. In our community we see each other as Devis. We are all Devis and we let each other shine.
We also have given an additional meaning to Devi.
D – Devotional
E – empowered
V – vibrant
I – integrated
Devi Embodiment Ritual – Sacred Sexuality
These are sacred rituals tailored to the female body to explore & restore our intimacy, sensuality, sexuality, sensitivity & vitality. We incorporate touch, guided and free movements, breath, sound & visualizations. We will also apply the Yoni Egg, an ancient taoist practice. These practices are profoundly intimate and healing on the core level: be ready to embrace transformation through welcoming a wide spectrum of emotions, thoughts and judgments and turn them into empowerment, freedom & compassion.
Devi Circle – Herstory
A Devi Circle is a sacred circle of women where we come together to support each other on this journey of life. There are times when we do not have many resources or we find ourselves helpless. We hold each other without holding. There is nothing we have to do, we just have to be ourselves and be in each other’s presence and not take each other for granted. We can give each other the gift of all gifts. The present of all presents. Our presence.
Through sharing our stories, as life is a sacred story book, we will learn from each other, mirror each other, be seen in one another, be held, be acknowledged and be validated. A story that once defined who I was can turn into a story of a heroine. A story of profound growth. A story of inspiration. It is Herstory.
We will dive deeper into the ancient teachings, understanding trauma, psychology, mythology. Time for journaling.
Honouring Self Care Rituals & Nature Walks
Devi Sadhana & Puja
Through guided meditations, spiritual practices like chanting mantras and doing Japa as well as offering a Puja we learn how to establish a relationship with that which is infallible. That which cannot fail and will not fail, we call that; Devi. The cause of this whole universe, the Mother of all.
Devi is she who is self shining, she who exists in all beings, she who is all knowing and all powerful. A Puja is performed in order to express one’s gratitude to Devi for all one has
been given in one’s life. We learn how to convert blame into growth, judgments into understanding and confusion into clarity.
“Before I came to the devi retreat in Sweden, I had never heard of Vedic tradition. I went into it with an open mind and 7 days later I came out with 1000 times more love for myself, my fellow devi’s and nature. I already clicked with the idea that you yourself are all that you need a few years ago, but after the retreat it finally settled in my head. I know now that that is true, that I am beautiful and perfect no matter what, and I deserve the best. Such a powerful message I think everybody should learn. I am so thankful for this experience. Thank you.”

“I want to take the time to thank you for the beautiful goddess retreat you held this summer in Sweden. It was magical and EXACTLY what I needed. It was life changing!! Before the retreat I was so lost and exhausted. You made me feel welcome, accepted and loved. I got to connect with my spirituality through your guidance. I have great respect for your knowledge but even more for how well you gave us theory and practice at our level, to make us curious and feel safe. You are a true Devi and you bring out the devis in everyone you meet. I am forever grateful that I got to meet you and participate in the devi retreat. When I got home, my partner saw how I had changed in a positive way. And we both recognized how important it is for me to have an altar, a sacred space for me to meditate. So he built a beautiful shelf where I could have my privacy and I meditate there every day. I am sending you lots of love and gratitude from the bottom of my heart!”

MORE at Shambala
“A great value to me is to let the voice be heard, to listen and be listened to. Offer our braveness. Take time, let our heart feel other women’s heart. Feel the pain, feel the love, just feel. Sisterhood for me; is that we relate and share. Opposite from comparison, and competitions, instead showing each other all the love we are capable of. Be Woman made me recognise the big gift and what healing it gives to listen and to be listened to.”
