The Tools

Munay Breathwork: is one of the most powerful available inner technologies to shed past emotional traumas, physical and emotional pain from the body and energetic field. Breathwork connects you to your power as an inner healer, to your life force. We have specially designed a musical journey, that includes crystal singing bowls, shamanic drums, rattles and native Peruvian instruments. In this safe and supportive setting, you will experience a true expanded state of awareness.

Cacao Ceremony: A native ancestral central american ceremony that involves the sacred medicine of cacao. With the Spirit of Cacao we can travel towards our Inner self where our wisdom and love live. This ceremony is oriented to reconnect with beauty, sweetness and love in ourselves. Cacao will invite us to open the heart’s door, connecting us to our love and feelings of oneness.

Sound activations: we will use sound in every way. from sound baths, to activating our most powerful sound tool, the voice. We will clear and expand our vibratory field to allow more space, more love, more joy, more abundance in our lives. We will call in the energy we wish to manifest in our lives and let the sound frequencies expand and activate our wishes. Sound will also give us an energetic massage deep into the cells, softly resetting everything back into optimal alignment.

Meditation: whether you have any experience in meditation or not, the simple act of being in stillness will start to guide you inside your world. Allowing you to see and understand your inner chatter. Bringing awareness to this will jumpstart you into making new choices in your life.

Sauna & cold lake Plunges: give your body a delicious sauna, with aromatherapy scrubs and essential oils, pampering our physical bodies to the max. Cold lake after? 😉

Plus grounding forest walks, Ayurvedic meals and lots of free time so you can integrate and enjoy you time. Leaving this 4 days completely renewed and aligned with your new energy.

Fiorella Garibaldi is an Embodied Energy Coach, Yoga teacher, Breathwork and international retreat facilitator. She helps people connect back into their bodies, their hearts and their truth, through ancient wisdom, intuitive energy work and embodiment practices. Her passion is for everyone to experience themselves as the true source of everything they need, empowering them to look within for answers, and to experience their full potential in every single moment.
She was born in Peru, lived in the Usa most of her life, until recently moving to Sweden. She holds a very strong bond with her peruvian roots, bringing her shamanic connection, her love for nature and her connection to the elements to all her practices. Her love for inner exploration and adventures has led her to travel the world expanding her experience and obtaining certifications as a yoga teacher in Bali and Miami, a Life Transformed coach in Hawaii, a Breathwork certification in Miami, a Theta Healing practitioner in Los Angeles and currently immersing herself in activating the voice as a mean of vibrational healing in Colombia.

We welcome you wholeheartedly to our place. Shambala consists of seven buildings in nature within which you can find two yoga salas, ten twin bedrooms, four triple bedrooms, one four-bed dormitory, three separate huts, a floating sauna and a lake!

Located just two hours away from Stockholm in Skinnskatteberg, Sweden, the area is easily accessible by air, train and car, making a great option for a short break wildlife destination.

• Coming by air: The nearest airport to Shambala is Stockholm Vasteras. The second nearest airport is Arlanda airport, the main airport in Sweden. You can easily take a train all the way to Skinnskatteberg from both of them.
• Coming by train / bus: We are fortunate to have a train / bus station at Skinnskatteberg only 5 minutes ride from the center. We offer free pick up services from this station in summer.
