Squeeze out the last drops of summer in our super sweet acro-yogic retreat!
Do you like acro? Want to dive deep into acrobatic movements? Then this weekend is for you! All participants must have at least one year experience in acro and feel comfortable flying or basing a ninja star.
We find that something special happens when we spend many hours of special practice in such a secluded place. Read about many amazing transitions, balances, new tasks and great fun!
The retreat center is located in a beautiful tranquil place among the trolls in Bergslagen, next to a small lake. We have created acro and yoga space, free training and time to enjoy the amazing center.
We start the weekend with a dinner on the deck with a sunset view over the lake. After lunch we wake up from some kind of movement / music / surprise in a big chalet.
Saturday morning begins with a yoga class, followed by breakfast and a few good AcroYoga hours. A delicious vegetarian lunch is served, and then there is the opportunity to swim in the lake, stretch out in the sun or take a walk in the forest. In the afternoon we load up with Acroyoga and finish with a great dinner. In the evening there can be musical jam, we can go to the sauna and take a dip, light a fire or why not do it all!
Sunday – more Acro, more yoga, more delicious food – we can not wait to spend this weekend with you!
