COVID-19: We at Shambala are planning for the future, we can hold retreats for a limited number of guests, and we have a very flexible cancellation policy. Breath Mastery starts with simple daily exercises that begins to unlock the body and mind’s ability to maximize the energy and life force that is available all around us. Breathing is the link between body and mind, spirit and matter, conscious and subconscious.
The breath is a force, a bridge and a tool. It connects us to each other, our own nature and the world around us. Every psychological/emotional state has a corresponding breathing pattern. When our state changes, our breathing also changes and this is a two-way street: when you change your breathing you are changing your mental/emotional state as well.
We can use the breath to tap into the nervous system and deep parts of the brain, the immune system and unconscious patterns of behavior. Reorganizing our spiritual body from within. It’s an ongoing transformational process and a spiritual path which guides us to master our mind and body, understand and release old patterns, and bringing us to straight to a more mindful and abundant state in our lives.
“I had sessions with Giuliano twice a week for two months. Very deep and powerful sessions. They helped to connect me with myself on so many layers as well as with nature and the universe. It’s hard to describe with words. Giuliano is well prepared and it’s able to adjust the classes easily if needed thanks to his knowledge, insights and wisdom. I’m grateful we’ve shared this experience, may our path cross again.”
