BALINESE MASSAGE

A full body massage that uses stroking and kneading techniques to release tension from the body. This is a soothing and slow massage that will support your nervous system to wind down so that you can relax deeply. Jenny also brings in cranio sacral touch into the treatment, which deepens the healing space and your ability to let go and unwind.
Jenny’s approach is loving and deep. The intention in her touch is to bring you back home with warmth and nourishment. Her contact brings trust and puts the body at rest.

SHAMANIC WOMB AWAKENING

Shamanic Womb Awakening is a deep healing journey into your Womb to reclaim what has been lost, forgotten, wounded or blocked in your feminine expression. Jenny will guide you into a deeply relaxed state where you’ll meet your Womb and commune with her. A profound meeting with your body where it can reveal what’s blocking you from embodying your unique, feminine expression. This can help heal trauma, clear blockages, awaken your gifts and release old programming you have about yourself and your connection to the feminine. Jenny also gives Cranio Sacral therapy in the session (but it can be done without touch when wished for).
