Yin Yoga – Meditation and Mindfulness training with Surya and Reuben Sallmander

Welcome to a 40 hours training of mindfulness and meditation surrounded by daily yin yoga och qigong practice. If you are interested in living life more present and with greater calm and clarity, you are most welcome. The purpose of this training is to give you the prerequisites and the motivation to meditate regularly as well as bring meditation and mindfulness into your yin yoga practice and teaching.
