During this relaxing weekend, you can allow your system to unwind with gentle yoga, sauna on the lake and delicious food. You will experience the sweet atmosphere of the Shambala yoga community and will have plenty of interesting meetings with like-minded people from all over the world, as well as calm quality time with yourself.

Join us for slow and simple community living connected with nature. We have scheduled activities on offer, but you decide your own pace and what you want to participate in. Kids are welcome too and pay half price – min age 10 max age 16 (older than 16 pay standard rate).
NATURE WALKS
Shambala Gatherings is surrounded by the beautiful forest of Bergslagen, home to deers, moose and the beaver. You can enjoy well signed nature walks of different lengths from Shambala. In November we might have snow and you will be surrounded by a beautiful winter wonderland which is still open for pretty hikes. Bring your ice skates and skis if you are feeling adventurous!
FOOD
We serve vegan, mainly ecological meals three times per day. The usual timings are 9h for breakfast, 13:30h for lunch and 19h for dinner. Tea and water is served all day.
SAUNA & COLD SWIMS
We have wood burning floating sauna on our lake. Join a small group of us, as we relax and then take a dip in the lake. Cold exposure brings equilibrium to your body and aids in lowering inflammation.
CRAFTS STATION
Art material will be provided in a special spot for you to enjoy. Get back into your creativity and learn to create fearlessly as a part of your spiritual practise.

Located just two hours away from Stockholm in Skinnskatteberg, Sweden, the area is easily accessible by air, train and car, making a great option for a short break wildlife destination.
- Coming by air: The nearest airport to Shambala is Stockholm Vasteras. The second nearest airport is Arlanda airport, the main airport in Sweden. You can easily take a train all the way to Skinnskatteberg from both of them.
- Coming by train / bus: We are fortunate to have a train / bus station at Skinnskatteberg only 5 minutes ride from the center. We offer free pick up services from this station in summer.
