“When I saw that there was a yoga retreat being offered, I jumped at the chance to attend. Jo is one of the best teachers I’ve had and her patience and guidance really helped me improve my practice and start setting new goals. Jo is extremely knowledgeable and is able to give both modifications for poses, as well as pushing you to achievements you didn’t know you were capable of!”

“I’ve just returned from Jo’s Back to Nature Yoga Retreat at Shambala in Sweden. Her yoga instruction was both supportive and inspiring, letting me reach new heights. The lakeside environment was incredible chilled and beautiful, and the food was as plentiful as it was tasty (porridge bread was INCREDIBLE). Something I’ll definitely do again!”
