This retreat will show you how to regain an alive and embodied relationship to your sensuous nature by slowly relaxing and truly listening within.
Dear woman, we need to slow down to feel ourselves; we need to land into softness and allow our bodies to unwind all the stress that daily life puts on us. Our body and brain is starved from inner connection and there’s nothing more important than the relationship you have yourself.

Jenny Janaki
Womb Ceremonies, Feminine Embodiment & Healing
Jenny is deeply passionate about supporting women in discovering their true feminine nature. She supports women in awakening their Womb and healing their connection to themselves through Womb Yoga and embodied movement, feminine psychology, ancient rituals and shamanic journeys. She believes that finding a deeply embodied connection to your womb and feminine being is the essence of recognising your wholeness as a woman.
She is a dedicated student of Vedanta and has studied various forms of yoga and healing practices, like Yoga Therapy, yoga for Women, Womb awakening, Yoga Nidra, Cranio Sacral therapy and feminine psychology.
Julia
Julia is a yoga teacher, women’s circle facilitator, earthing guide, nature priestess & ceremony lover and she is teaching yoga in a way that honors the feminine body and heart. She has a passion for creating sacred spaces and inviting people to see the magic, beauty and sacredness in life – in full self acceptance and however it shows up in the moment.
Julia also loves to inspire people to reconnect with mother nature and her feminine cyclical wisdom.

Located just two hours away from Stockholm in Skinnskatteberg, Sweden, the area is easily accessible by air, train and car, making a great option for a short break wildlife destination.
- Coming by air: The nearest airport to Shambala is Stockholm Vasteras. The second nearest airport is Arlanda airport, the main airport in Sweden. You can easily take a train all the way to Skinnskatteberg from both of them.
- Coming by train / bus: We are fortunate to have a train / bus station at Skinnskatteberg only 5 minutes ride from the center. We offer free pick up services from this station in summer.
