The Freemove Yoga concept is a movement practice which combines organic yoga and dance therapy, conscious movement and various forms of meditation. All in a safe frame where sharing and debriefing plays an important roll. TEACHER’S BIO
ANGELICA NANDA SCHÄFER AND JOJO NORELL
With inspiration from many years of teaching and practicing Angelica created the Freemove Yoga concept which guides us into new places in ourselves and to greater liberation. She guides in her safe and genuine way while jOjo supports DJing vibrating music.
Both of them have long experience of guiding yoga, movement and meditation and Angelica runs her own Yoga studio in Sweden where she also shares her deep knowledge in Ayurveda, different styles of massage and holistic health coaching.
They organise Stockholm Yoga & Dance festival and Ängsbacka Yoga & Dance Easter festival and holds retreats and workshops in Sweden and around the world.

- Coming by air: The nearest airport to Shambala is Stockholm Vasteras. The second nearest airport is Arlanda airport, the main airport in Sweden. You can easily take a train all the way to Skinnskatteberg from both of them.
- Coming by train / bus: We are fortunate to have a train / bus station at Skinnskatteberg only 5 minutes ride from the center. We offer free pick up services from this station in summer.
