Together we will dive deep into the nature of our multi-dimensional voice and find our unique frequency and experience the medicine of our voice and how to open the heart.

In a humble, compassionate, courageous and playful way we will explore our own instrument and how to express ourselves in an authentic and unapologetic way.
We will be having a movement practice that include Yoga & Qi Gong flow each morning to support you during the retreat to be more open and relaxed both in body and in the voice.
We will be immersed in pristine nature and have a floating sauna on the lake to enjoy every evening. The meals are delicious vegan/vegetarian dishes with gluten free options and amazing healthy- sweet treats. Please alert us to any food allergies/ preferences.

Miguel Leon Bonett
Music & sound has been instrumental in the growth and expansion of Miguel Leon.
For many years, he has explored the vast Uni-verse of Healing the Body and harmonizing emotional and energetic states with sound, the voice, intention and movement. His curiosity has taken him on a journey around the world learning from different musicians and sacred circles & ceremonies. The Cultivation of his self-practice with deep toning, harmonics, throat singing & chanting has opened him to deeper parts of his resonant being.
He offers one-on-one and group vocal alchemy experiences and sound healing sessions in group and individually. He also offers Coaching & Self-Cultivation Guidance.

We welcome you wholeheartedly to our place. Shambala consists of seven buildings in nature within which you can find two yoga salas, ten twin bedrooms, four triple bedrooms, one four-bed dormitory, three separate huts, a floating sauna and a lake!

The kitchen is the heart of Shambala. We just love to make delicious vegetarian and vegan food for you. We not only use the best possible ingredients, but we also take care of food combinations to ensure that you are in top energetic shape all throughout the retreat.

Shambala is a joint effort. From the residential community and core staff, to the volunteers, to the teachers and guests that visit us every year. Since the beginning, our central focus has been to create a place where people can live together in harmony.

Located just two hours away from Stockholm in Skinnskatteberg, Sweden, the area is easily accessible by air, train and car, making a great option for a short break wildlife destination.
- Coming by air: The nearest airport to Shambala is Stockholm Vasteras. The second nearest airport is Arlanda airport, the main airport in Sweden. You can easily take a train all the way to Skinnskatteberg from both of them.
- Coming by train / bus: We are fortunate to have a train / bus station at Skinnskatteberg only 5 minutes ride from the center. We offer free pick up services from this station in summer.
