ABOUT FREEMOVE YOGA
Freemove Yoga is a guided free movement practice where we explore and express our life energy. It combines organic somatic yoga and dance therapy, conscious movement and various forms of meditation. All in a safe frame where sharing and debriefing plays an important roll. It is a deep dive into body presence where we are anchored in gravity and receptivity so that our inner authentic dancer easily can move through us: Dynamic and still, fluid and powerful.

TEACHER’S BIO
ANGELICA NANDA SCHÄFER
Angelica has been on the yogic path for more than 20 years; for her it is an ongoing love affair that is constantly changing.
She loves the link between moving the body – stilling the mind. With her warm and genuine presence she will inspire you to communicate with and trust in your body as your own wise teacher. You will be invited to explore connection, creativity and compassion through deep listening and surrendering into the bodily impulses of here and now. Her teaching is honest and intuitive and she creates a safe space for you to bloom. Angelica is an experienced pedagogue and has been teaching for more than 15 years. She is the creator of the Freemove Yoga concept and she runs her own yogastudio where she also shares her deep knowledge of Ayurveda and holistic coaching.

- Coming by air: The nearest airport to Shambala is Stockholm Vasteras. The second nearest airport is Arlanda airport, the main airport in Sweden. You can easily take a train all the way to Skinnskatteberg from both of them.
- Coming by train / bus: We are fortunate to have a train / bus station at Skinnskatteberg only 5 minutes ride from the center. We offer free pick up services from this station in summer.
