Breath Mastery starts with simple daily exercises and routines that begin to unlock the body and mind’s ability to maximize energy, strength, and focus in many areas of your life.
Breathing is the link between the body and the mind, spirit and matter, conscious and subconscious. The breath is a force, a bridge and a tool. It connects us to each other and to our own nature, as well as the world all around us. Every psychological and emotional state has a corresponding breathing pattern.
When our state changes, our breath changes too, this is a two-way street: when you change your breathing, you change your mental and emotional state. We can use the breath to connect to the nervous system, deep parts of the brain, the immune system, and unconscious patterns of behaviour.
It’s an ongoing transformational process that helps us master our minds and bodies, understand and release old patterns and traumas, and eventually enable us to achieve a mindful and abundant state in our daily lives.

Giuliano is trained in Ayurveda and Yoga therapy in Kerala and Thai Massage in Chiang Mai. He has studied Kundalini Yoga in Barcelona, trained Rebirthing Therapy in Greece, meeting Leonard Orr (Founder of rebirthing) and immersed in the Breathwork technique of Wim Hof with himself in his home in the Netherlands.
He has also studied Sound Healing and did a Pranayama teacher training in Rishikesh and trained in Chi Nei Tsang (Energetic and internal organs massage) in Crete.
All this background allows Giuliano to approach his sessions in a holistic way, combining and adjusting different approaches and techniques according to the individual or the group experience.

How to get here
Located just two hours away from Stockholm in Skinnskatteberg, Sweden, the area is easily accessible by air, train and car, making a great option for a short break wildlife destination.
- Coming by air: The nearest airport to Shambala is Stockholm Vasteras. The second nearest airport is Arlanda airport, the main airport in Sweden. You can easily take a train all the way to Skinnskatteberg from both of them.
- Coming by train / bus: We are fortunate to have a train / bus station at Skinnskatteberg only 5 minutes ride from the center. We offer free pick up services from this station in summer.
- Coming by car: Simply open this Google map on your navigator and follow directions to Borntorpet 1 in Skinnskatteberg, Sweden.
