COVID-19: We at Shambala are planning for the future, we can hold retreats for a limited number of guests, and we have a very flexible cancellation policy. We are carefully following all of the regulations and are in a continuous conversation with Skinnskattebergs’ Kommun to ensure that we are doing the best we can to make this a safe experience for you. Everyone will be offered a quick Covid test on arrival. For more information on how we are dealing with Covid, please visit our Covid page.
Breath Mastery starts with simple daily exercises and routines that begin to unlock the body and mind’s ability to maximize energy, strength, and focus in many areas of your life.
Breathing is the link between the body and the mind, spirit and matter, conscious and subconscious. The breath is a force, a bridge and a tool. It connects us to each other and to our own nature, as well as the world all around us. Every psychological and emotional state has a corresponding breathing pattern.
When our state changes, our breath changes too, this is a two-way street: when you change your breathing, you change your mental and emotional state. We can use the breath to connect to the nervous system, deep parts of the brain, the immune system, and unconscious patterns of behaviour.
It’s an ongoing transformational process that helps us master our minds and bodies, understand and release old patterns and traumas, and eventually enable us to achieve a mindful and abundant state in our daily lives.
Join Giuliano VRonca for a four-part Online Breathwork Series, ‘Breathing with the Elements’, every second Sunday to warm up before the retreat

“I had sessions with Giuliano twice a week for two months. Very deep and powerful sessions. They helped to connect me with myself on so many layers as well as with nature and the universe. It’s hard to describe with words. Giuliano is well prepared and it’s able to adjust the classes easily if needed thanks to his knowledge, insights and wisdom. I’m grateful we’ve shared this experience, may our path cross again.”
