I’m so grateful to pass on these ancient healing techniques in the warm atmosphere of Shambala. In the last years modern science has been more accessible than ever when it comes to self/co regulation of the nervous system and relational health through authentic communication.
The old eastern wisdom tradition of living in tune with the shifting seasons and finding balance between the internal and external elements is great life support in this age of mental stimulation in full gear.
There’s a lot of beauty and poetry when the classic and modern healing arts converge. This course will have its main focus on classical oriental medicine as a spiritual practice. We will train in both Shiatsu (Japanese body therapy) Classic Japanese acupuncture and Moxibustion (working with heat treatment from the burning plant Mugwort).
Maybe you want to integrate bodywork to your own yoga practice or start welcoming clients to your yoga shala for treatments.
This course is also suitable for body workers already in clinical practice that want to add more tools in their skill set.
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT
The price is currently discounted and will increase with 400 kr after the 31st of January.
“I’m so glad I found Daniel in Uddebo. His classes are relaxing and powerful just as his healing sessions are. I really appreciate the ways he weaves emotional intelligence with physical releases and tangible healing. Every session with him is unique and to the moment. He really meets me where I am that day.”
“Daniel combines the strength of the warrior with the grace of the healer. With a quirky sense of humor and a knack for picking up subtle information in his work with patients. I learnt so much in our collaboration and I’m really looking forward to participate in any upcoming workshops and skill trading sessions.”
If you’re interested in yogic life style, bodywork and are just getting started on the travel – this is also a good way to take the first steps. The beginners mind is surely a blessing that contributes to the group.
Nobody got perfect health and we’re all working on our sore spots. But we’ll advise people with major health issues to heal at home before engaging in healing others. We’ll be giving treatments on the floor – spending a lot of time moving around. So basic mobility functions are needed to get the best experience from the training.
Bhakti Medicine is a meeting point where the yoga of vedic tradition dances with the healing arts. We don’t try to heal our patients! Since they’re already full and complete. We listen with our hands, validate emotions and create space for the body to safely express itself and release that which is no longer useful to carry.
During the weekend we’ll also create a safe circle for the group dynamic to rest in. There will be time for engaging and expressing – as well as for integration and stillness. Together we’ll co create that balance and bring it out into the world.
“Thank you for all the teachings Daniel! You have such a grounding and calming effect on me!  I love the way you communicate messages through your clairvoyance and the way you make me feel truly seen.”
