What keeps me returning to your classes is that there is such a strong sense of integrity. I also experience a very striking presence. I struggle sometimes with focus so your classes fit me very well because I stay in the room. I develop in my own pace and everything I do I do for me. In the beginning I found it hard but due to that I decided that there was something that I probably need so I kept going although it wasn’t what I “intuitively” liked at first. But obviously it was what I needed. 🙏🏼

TEACHER’S BIO
Chungmei Lee
Chungmei found yoga during her time as a researcher at Harvard in 2001. Since then she has taken delight in the exploration of yoga, from physical asana practices to more subtle pranayama and meditation practices. She shares her gratitude for its gifts through teacher trainings, workshops, and retreats.
When not in a yoga studio, she spends her time hiking in nature and teaching herself how to paint, usually not at the same time. She loves sharing the potential of yoga to add years to people’s lives and life to their years.

- Coming by air: The nearest airport to Shambala is Stockholm Vasteras. The second nearest airport is Arlanda airport, the main airport in Sweden. You can easily take a train all the way to Skinnskatteberg from both of them.
- Coming by train / bus: We are fortunate to have a train / bus station at Skinnskatteberg only 5 minutes ride from the center. We offer free pick up services from this station in summer.
