Without nourishment, unrealized creative potential can niggle away at your spirit. This retreat will teach you to move in a way that feels freeing and healing – while giving you space and support to find your creative spark.
To shed our city skins, we will live beside a lake in the middle of a forest – connecting with the most beautiful nature that exists.
While escaping to nature, you’ll have the freedom to connect with new friends, cook and eat in community, or just take some quiet time alone with a good book.
You are welcome, whether it’s your first yoga retreat or you want to deepen your practice.
If you are a writer you will find precious time and inspiration. But you don’t need to be ‘a creative person’, or to have any writing experience.
It’s a chance to come back to your senses, wake up from your creative hibernation, and start spring with new vigor.

Pure bliss! Annie’s yoga retreat was the perfect way for me to destress, and recharge my mind and body from London life. She made me feel welcome from the second I arrived, with a big warm hug (always on supply during the week)! As a new yogi, Annie was a great teacher on and off the mat. Highlight of the retreat were the evening meal discussions with my new yogi friends, whilst having delicious, homemade vegetarian meals. Can’t wait for my next retreat with Annie – Rob
