Take a short break to reconnect with your body and yourself.
Alex will bring your practice to another level and improve your awareness of your body in the poses. We will have 2H morning active classes, workshop style sessions on inversions and afternoon restorative classes. You will still have a lot of time for you to rest, have a walk in the forest, enjoy the sauna and have a dip in the lake!
Everyone is welcome, beginners as well as advanced yoga practitioners. The group will be small (max 15 people), perfect to improve and deepen your practice!Â
“In these four days in Shambala Gatherings, I have experienced some of my best yoga lessons. Alex helped everybody individually and was very carefully. After almost 20 years of practicing Yoga, now I learnt some more details. Thank you so much for these good experiences!!”

MORE at Shambala
“It’s been a week since coming home from Alex’s 4 day retreat in Sweden. I can honestly say it was the best gift I gave myself. Not only does my body feel taller and stronger, but I feel so much clearer headed too. Being a mother of three small kids and constantly rushing around all the time it was such a treat to spend four days practicing Iyengar Yoga with Alex. He is such an amazing teacher!
Don’t hesitate booking a retreat with him, your body will 100% thank you.”
