Venus — goddess of love, beauty, and the body — rises with the lush fullness of early summer.
This is her season.
This retreat is an invitation to remember your body’s somatic feminine intelligence — to reawaken the pleasure, power, and deep intelligence that lives in your body and your womb.
I’m here to guide you:
✧ To soften
✧ To return to your body
✧ To awaken the sacred rhythm, wisdom and energy of your feminine body
Temple of Venus is a sensual and ceremonial retreat space for women — a Temple where slowness becomes medicine, where your body is remembered as an altar to adore, and where healing happens in sisterhood, through presence, pleasure, and the Earth.
There is a quiet, radiant power that lives in your body — a deep, living wisdom rooted in your pleasure, your presence, and your connection to life itself.
But over time, many of us have learned to silence this part of ourselves.
To disconnect from the very source of our vitality in order to fit in, be accepted, or stay safe.
When we lose touch with the deeper currents of the feminine, we can feel numb, stuck, or unsure of who we truly are beneath all the layers we’ve taken on.
But your body knows the way back, when guided by softness and inner listening.
And when you slow down enough to listen, she begins to open like the most exquisite flower.
In this retreat, you’ll be guided through sensual movement, somatic practices, womb-centered rituals, sister-healing practices and sacred connection with Mother Earth to gently reawaken your body’s natural rhythm and feminine intelligence.

“Jenny’s offerings are talking to my body and womb in a way no other womb-relating teaching has done. The embodiment and yoga-practice is so beautiful, sometimes bringing me into a state of trance. She feels genuinely here with all of herself and her presence makes me feel safe and calm. Her teachings are the perfect combination between body and soul as she mixes her knowledge of body, psychology and her own experiences. It is a true gift what she is bringing to the world! I can truly recommend her teachings to anyone who wishes to understand and care for themselves better. As well as giving themselves the pleasure and heart-womb connection every woman deserves.”
“The space  Jenny is providing is so full of love and feels so safe which made really deep stuff dare to surface. So much stuck energy have been released and I experience so much more ease now and softness toward myself and life. And I now have practise to use in daily life to continue the journey and support and empower myself. I am so grateful. Thank you.”
“For me, this course was perfect because I am also doing talk therapy to process and heal an insecure childhood with attachment disorders. Doing your exercises in parallel with the therapy has been so beneficial for me and I also often do your sadhana classes. You have really helped me land in my physical body and made me like and value myself in a whole new way. A way that I honestly didn’t know existed and I am so grateful for this.“

This is a space to let your guard down.
To be seen, held, and supported as you meet the truth of who you are — tender, powerful, and wildly human.
To reconnect with the warmth, depth, and sacredness of your feminine nature.
This retreat is for women who long to return to the sensual rhythm of their own body.
To feel more.
To live softer.
To remember that they belong — to themselves, to the Earth, and to each other.
We’ll move slowly and gently, honoring the natural pace of your body and nervous system.
No fixing. No forcing. Only deep listening.
This is your time to come home.
Come as you are, beloved sister, and Enter the Temple with us.
