We could tell you the usual selling points about how magical this retreat will be up in the mystical forests of Sweden. Five days of surreal serenity in nature, tantalising food, moments to reflect on all the crazy things in your life, and how wonderful it all is. And it will be all that and more. But we thought we might describe it differently. So we have put together an all you can eat rocket buffet for you to get your hands on as many arm balances, backbends, inversions, laughs, and good times that you can stomach.
We like to be a little bit tongue n cheek and have fun within our practice and lives. I mean, of course, right, this is rocket? The rebellious sibling of ashtanga. We are here to break all the rules. We both come from a bit of wild background in the music world, and that epic energy of losing yourself in the night with your friends creating endless memories is an element we like to bring to your retreats.
So we have packed these five days with some crazy classes and adventures with the hope to bring you a bit of wildness. After all, you deserve it ;).
So grab your friends, sign-up, and then begin marking down those days on the calendar as you would in high school, counting down the days until summer.
We’ll see you there!

“I cannot recommend enough going on a retreat with Rachel. She put together the right mix of classes, teaching challenging and dynamic classes but she also created a space for restorative and yin focused sessions. Her teaching style is enabling me to be really present in the moment whilst providing me with individual options that allow me to deepen my physical and mental yoga practice. I’m already planning to sign up for the next retreat. It was overall a beautiful experience that I really enjoyed being part of.”

TEACHER’S BIO
Miles Mortensen
Miles comes from club life, having spent his late teens and early twenties immersing himself in the world of techno culture. He spent his first few years in London running around DJing, hosting his own raves with friends, and running a record label. The elements he loves about this world are ones that he entwines into his classes today.Â
Â
The energy, the music, the playfulness, the community. All those things that you love about going out without the feverish hangover the next day. His classes weave the driving rhythms of the dancefloor with the energetic and playful nature of Rocket yoga, all mixed together with a twist of philosophy to really get yourself
Rachel Walsh
Yoga has completely changed the course of Rachel’s life and she feels immensely grateful to be able to share this practice with hundreds of people each week. Rachel’s teaching style mirrors the way she likes to practice. It is physically demanding whilst being fluid and playful at the same time.Â
Â
Having lived many different lives off the mat, Rachel is now on a mission to live a more balanced life; bringing a unique perspective to students who may be looking for more than just the asana.
