During this retreat we will focus on clearing and balancing all our Chakras. We start the morning with Herbal Elixirs or Ceremonial Cacao to balance and restore the energy centers in your body. You will be guided in practices like Shamanic- and Transformational breathwork, Dynamic Meditations, Relaxing Sound healing Meditations, Shamanic Drum Journey, Dancing, Singing, Chanting, Shaking, Earthing, Shamanic Spa Rituals, Flower Baths, Journaling and other valuable Self care- and Self love Rituals that you can bring back home.
It will be different Ceremonies and Rituals every day and time for Integration, Lake plunges, Forest bathing, Sauna, Relaxation and Connecting with other like- hearted Souls in between.

Nina Wiger Medicina
NINA MEDICINA is a Ceremonialist, Folk Herbalist, Earth Witch and Healer rooted in the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing. She is a Master of Manifestation and through living in and constantly being inspired by Nature Nina wishes to support and inspire in others Life Journey to live more according to Nature and its Elements, Cycles and Rhythms.
Nina is passionate about Healing Modalities such as Natural Herbal Medicine, Breathwork, Ceremonial Cacao, Sound Healing and Embodied Movement. Nina’s happy place is around the fire Singing, Drumming, just the way our Ancestors did and to Guide others into a more loving, aware and integrated Life Experience.

Located just two hours away from Stockholm in Skinnskatteberg, Sweden, the area is easily accessible by air, train and car, making a great option for a short break wildlife destination.
- Coming by air: The nearest airport to Shambala is Stockholm Vasteras. The second nearest airport is Arlanda airport, the main airport in Sweden. You can easily take a train all the way to Skinnskatteberg from both of them.
- Coming by train / bus: We are fortunate to have a train / bus station at Skinnskatteberg only 5 minutes ride from the center. We offer free pick up services from this station in summer.
- Coming by car: Simply open this Google map on your navigator and follow directions to Borntorpet 1 in Skinnskatteberg, Sweden.
