WHAT WE PROVIDE
We’ve built the infrastructure so you can focus on what you do best: teaching, guiding, and holding space.
A light-filled indoor studio with forest views and an outdoor platform beside the lake. Both equipped with mats, props, and sound.
Rooms in the main house, forest cabins, and soulpad tents, surrounded by nature and with hikes at your door step.
Three meals daily plus herbal teas, coffee all day and snacks upon request. All dietary needs accommodated with care.
Daily wood-fired sauna, private lake with dock, kayak, paddleboard, and forest trails. Your guests will never forget it.
A dedicated coordinator for logistics, arrivals, tech setup, and anything else so you don't have to be everywhere at once.

WHEN TO HOST
May – mid October
Long days, warm evenings, and blooming outdoors. Ideal for yoga retreats, movement workshops, festival-style gatherings, and teacher trainings. The forest is lush, the lake is swimmable, and the energy is high.
mid October – April
Snow, silence, and candlelight. Perfect for meditation retreats, writing workshops, inner work intensives, small group immersions and cold lake dipping with sauna. Fewer guests, deeper intimacy, and lower rates.
HOW IT WORKS
From first conversation to your guests arriving, we make hosting effortless.
Tell us about your retreat: dates, group size, style, and any special needs. We'll send you our Welcome Deck with picture gallery, pricing details and other booking terms. Most teachers book 6–12 months ahead, and we hold your dates while you plan.
We'll work out the schedule, accommodation, meals, and any extras. We help you plan the promotional strategy. We support you with website page, newsletter feature and social media post.
Via your page on our website, we handle customer services, all bookings and invoicing free of charge.We keep you informed along the way.
Arrive to a welcoming smile at reception, tea served, and sauna lit. Focus on your guests while we handle everything else. Our team has hosted hundreds of events.
I’ve hosted retreats in Greece, Morocco, and France, but Shambala is the place I keep coming back to. The team is extraordinary, the food is the best I’ve ever had at a retreat center, and the Swedish forest does something to people that I can’t explain. My guests always leave transformed.

At our retreat center in Sweden, we offer customized packages based on your group size, season, duration, and requirements. Pricing is per person, all-inclusive, and we work with you to find the right fit for your budget.
