JUNE 11–15, 2026
Five days of deep restoration with Jenny Clark in the Swedish forest. Slow yoga, wild swimming, sauna rituals, and the quiet luxury of doing absolutely nothing.
A RETREAT FOR YOU
There is a place where the pines grow tall enough to hold your silence. Where the lake receives your reflection without judgment, and the morning mist dissolves the edges of your to-do list until all that remains is the sound of your own breathing.
This is not a retreat about pushing harder or becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you already are beneath the layers of obligation, performance, and noise. It’s about coming home to yourself — gently, slowly, and with the forest as your witness.
Jenny Clark has guided hundreds of women through this particular kind of homecoming. Her approach is unhurried and intuitive — a blend of slow vinyasa, restorative holds, breathwork, and honest conversation. No pretence. No performance. Just presence.
RETREAT HIGHLIGHTS
Each day is designed to nourish body, calm mind, and awaken your senses to the beauty of the Swedish wilderness.
Morning vinyasa flows and evening restorative sessions tailored to all levels. Move at your own pace, always.
Guided forest bathing walks through ancient pines. Learn to listen to the land and let nature recalibrate your nervous system.
Take the plunge in our pristine lake. Cold water immersion followed by warming herbal tea on the dock — a daily ritual of aliveness.
Traditional Swedish sauna sessions overlooking the lake. Release tension, cleanse deeply, and let the heat do its ancient healing work.
Morning breathwork and evening meditations to settle the mind. Techniques you'll carry home long after the retreat ends.
A curated welcome package of Scandinavian wellness essentials — organic skincare, herbal teas, and handmade ceramics to keep.

YOUR DAYS
Each day follows a natural flow — active mornings, spacious afternoons, restorative evenings. Nothing is mandatory; everything is an invitation.
7:00 – 10:00
Optional sunrise lake dip, followed by 90-minute vinyasa flow with Jenny. Afterwards, a slow, nourishing breakfast of seasonal organic fare — eaten in silence or in easy conversation, your choice.
10:00 – 14:00
Free time for forest walks, wild swimming, reading by the lake, or simply being. A wholesome vegetarian lunch is served family-style in the garden or by the fire, depending on the season.
14:00 – 17:00
Guided forest bathing, sauna ritual, or a facilitated self-care workshop (journaling, breathwork, or creative expression). Space for one-on-one time with Jenny for those who wish it.
17:00 – 21:00
Restorative yoga or yoga nidra as the sun sets. A candlelit dinner with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. End the day with herbal tea around the fire, stargazing, or early rest.

YOUR GUIDE
Jenny has been teaching yoga for over 15 years, drawing on traditions of Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative practice. Her teaching style is warm, intuitive, and deeply held — creating space for both challenge and surrender.
Trained in India, Bali, and London, Jenny now calls the Swedish countryside home. She is passionate about making yoga accessible, honest, and free from pretence. Her retreats are known for their intimacy, transformative depth, and the sense of community they effortlessly create.
When not on the mat, you’ll find her wild swimming, foraging for chanterelles, or reading poetry by the lake.
