How can we balance and heal ourselves with the help of colours? What tools can we use for a more balanced life? Join us for a four day retreat, where you will deepen your knowledge in colour therapy for a better understanding of yourself and your energy flow, so that you can live in harmony with the living force within you. You will learn how to use and practice each colour’s unique effects and how colour can be used for healing, balancing your energy and restoring health.
Each colour has its own frequency and vibration, and colour affects us more than we realize and can be used to alter our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual life. When we interact with a colour and its energy frequency, our energy field is affected by the characteristics of this colour. Getting to know the colors and their meaning is a good “life-hack” when you want to boost different areas of your life. Understanding the human chakra system is the key to understanding how to use colour as a part of the healing process.
Using tools such as dance, meditation, yoga, breathwork, colour theory, and kirtan. We will make a journey together through colours and our chakra system.
We invite you to become more connected to yourself and to the natural world, as you learn about colours, the chakra system and workings of your energy. With the deep wisdom of the chakras within you, you will be empowered to enjoy a healthier, happier, more aligned existence and embrace your true essence. We want to give you the tools you need to live the life you long for.
There will be a chance to do private aura readings and strengthening your aura with Sara.
A warm welcome into the magical world of colours!
