Yoga Residency: Self-retreat during these special times

“The Earth is calling for us all to slow down, to reflect and to rest”.

Here at Shambala we have decided to postpone our retreats during spring and beginning of the summer and instead offer the chance to do a self-retreat for those healthy individuals that wish to be surrounded by nature.
This offer is for a limited amount of people (max 10). You will enjoy your own private room, gentle morning yoga classes, walks in the forest, evening sauna, eating delicious food in stillness and plenty of time for reflexion and rest.
