If you are healthy, you show no symptoms of mild cold or flu, and you still feel like retreating during these uncertain times, we are here for you.
You will be supported by our healing space, practice conscious social distancing, enjoy 3 delicious meals per day and a morning yoga class with plenty of space around you. The rest of the time you have the chance to enjoy beautiful walks in the forest, meditate, take a session in our wood floating sauna or just be.
Our morning yoga class will be slow and gentle aimed at giving a deep sense of calm.
This self-retreat is for those that wish to follow all Swedish governmental instructions responsibly, but do not wish to isolate in the city, in extreme aloneness. This is for those that wish to use this opportunity to deepen their practice, look within, contemplate, regulate their nervous system through a gentle yoga practice and strengthen the immune system by being in nature.
For those that wish, there will be the opportunity to restore the nervous system to a place of balance through craniosacral treatments with Johan Svanborg.
If you are a spa lover, we recommend that you drive 10 mins away and you visit Färna Härgård spa.
We are doing everything we can to keep our prices as low as possible during these times. Still, if you are having big financial difficulties due to the current situation, please get in touch with us so we can try to meet you in your needs.
