If you want to marinate in the sweetness of Yin and Restorative yoga together with fellow sisters, this retreat is for you. When we make space for and welcome the Yin energy in life, magic happens. Being in stillness and allowing the pause to exist, is a deeply nourishing experience. In the in-between moments we reset our brain and nervous system so creativity can flow more easefully. From a relaxed mind and body, new ideas can flourish and we can connect to what really matters in life. In this retreat you are welcome to meet yourself exactly as you are, you will be held and guided to give yourself the most beautiful thing you have to offer the world – your own presence.
During this retreat we will rest into softness as well as aliveness, that which is the Yin energy. Here, you are welcome to let go of doing and melt into being. Movement and stillness are both included and awareness of the two creates a sense of self empowerment, an intuitive self-support to bring into our daily lives. We will explore different tools that support physical restoration, inner healing and regulation of the nervous system. The intention is to create a nourishing space where you can connect to body, mind and heart. From that space remembering that you are already home, within yourself.
You are welcome exactly as you are, regardless of age or experience of yoga. This is a sacred feminine retreat, all sisters are welcome.

Anna Viktoria Åkerlund
Anna brinner för att förmedla sin kunskap med värme på ett lättillgängligt sätt med ett hjärta som slår extra för yogans helande och terapeutiska effekter. Du är redan hel och fullkomlig, ingenting behöver fixas eller ändras. Hon väver gärna in yogisk filosofi, mytologi och subtil energi i praktiken. Hur är det att uppleva oss själva utöver det fysiska? Anna känner meningsfullhet av kunskapen från Vedanta och poesi som berör själen. Hon ser yoga som ett inre utforskande som bemöter, berör och vibrerar vidare från yogamattan ut i livet.
Anna är utbildad Yogaterapeut enligt IAYT och certifierad inom Hatha yoga, Yin Yoga, Medicinsk yoga, Akhanda Yoga, Yoga therapy & alignment, Yin Fascial Yoga och Yoga Nidra. Hon har 8 års erfarenhet av att dela yoga i olika former samt håller retreats, kurser, workshops och undervisar på yogalärarutbildningar.

- Coming by air: The nearest airport to Shambala is Stockholm Vasteras. The second nearest airport is Arlanda airport, the main airport in Sweden. You can easily take a train all the way to Skinnskatteberg from both of them.
- Coming by train / bus: We are fortunate to have a train / bus station at Skinnskatteberg only 5 minutes ride from the center. We offer free pick up services from this station in summer.
