THE SOUL DANCE RETREAT
The SoulDance Retreat builds on the success of the SoulDance Festival, a feast of many different modalities that bring us into closer connection with life and each other. Now we have a chance to dive deeper together into the simplicity and complexity of being. Being together sharing friendship and humanity in a circle held in the name of beauty and mystery.
We will gather for three days to move together, to create ceremony, to come into silence and meditation, to listen to each other and to the earth as she breathes and moves around us. The retreat is not heavy but playful and sincere and that allows us to travel deeply into ourselves and into relaxation.
What Does This Mean for You? Together, these practices create a nurturing space for transformation, helping you heal, grow, and reconnect with your essence. Whether you seek to break free from old cycles, deepen your connection to others, or simply feel more alive, this retreat will meet you where you are and empower you to embody the healing you deserve. This isn’t just healing—it’s a journey back to yourself.
THIS RETREAT IS FOR YOU IF:
✧ You’re ready to release stress, doubt, and old patterns holding you back.
✧ You long to feel alive, connected, and free in your body and heart.
✧ You crave a safe, loving space to explore healing, and transformation.
✧ You want to reconnect with your wild, radiant essence through movement, music, and nature.
You don’t need to have any prior experience with any of the practices—just bring an open heart and a willingness to transform.

✧ This retreat isn’t just about learning or doing—it’s about being. Being fully alive, connected, and in harmony with yourself and the world around you. Let this be the moment you say “yes” to your soul.
“What made Soul Dance so special? I’ve been to loads of festivals—big ones, small ones—but this one was truly unique. It felt like we were creating it together, in such a harmonious way, with so much ease, joy, and laughter .
The most powerful part was the deep connection—to the body, to a higher power , to the earth , and to each other. I’ve never been to a festival where it was so easy to truly connect with others. The dance did something incredible to us as we moved together for three days. It wasn’t just dancing—it was transformative .
Even outside the ceremonies, it felt like our souls were in a sacred space all the time, and that energy made everything, especially the dancing, even more powerful. I’m so deeply grateful to have been part of it.”
“Amazing… hosted by you in a gracious, conscious, loving and inspiring way. Super grateful to have been part of it. High quality on (…) all levels. Feeling seen, nourished and loved.”
“Ahh, my heart is so full ! I am still lingering in the BLISS , the JOY , and the heart medicine from this magic that KaSia and Ben organized. I’m so deeply touched by how KaSia and Ben held this festival in such a fun, creative, and poetic way, all in the light of love . These two amazing souls created such a beautiful space!”
“Set by a magical beautiful lake, this charming ”get away” offers heart-felt and nurturing workshops, courses and retreats by very competent teachers, and treat you with healthy food cooked with love.”
