So much of what we do can pass off as connectedness, as fun, and yet we are missing out on our lives in some fundamental manner because we feel a sense of disconnection from ourselves. What does it mean to be truly connected to our physical, mental, and emotional health, and unlearn beliefs and habits that don’t serve us so that we can find the resilience to flow with the ups and downs of life?
As we now approach the second half of 2020, it is time to set our intention for what is left of an intense and transformative year. Through daily practice, meditation and reflection we learn to bridge the gap between health care and self care so as to feel empowered and equipped to tap into our inner resources.
Using the principles from yoga, nature, and traditional Chinese medicine, we will learn how to connect to these resources as we adapt to a new normal. In the process we learn to facilitate the natural resilience of our bodies towards healing and thriving and to facilitate the change we need and seek.
After this weekend you can expect to leave with better understanding of yourself and tools that will empower your own resilience and immunity going forward.

“What keeps me returning to your classes is that there is such a strong sense of integrity. I also experience a very striking presence. I struggle sometimes with focus so your classes fit me very well because I stay in the room. I develop in my own pace and everything I do I do for me.”
“She is phenomenal Chungmei with such relaxed ease and at the same time deep and solid foundation, she delivers the yoga with both mysticism and crisp clarity.. she just starts, straight up and down, in her charming and unconventional way, to guide us through sequences where we get to meet our tensions, breathe through them to dissolve them. With such knowledge and depth and at the same time spirituality, ease and grace that just melts my heart…”
“I really appreciate Sofie Ringsten´s two feet firmly on earth way of sharing her vast knowledge. Always open for listening in on everyones point of view and never ever feeling the need to show herself superior. A true role model.”
