In this retreat we connect deeply to our body, soul and roots. We start our days with Kundalini Yoga in the morning. Kundalini Yoga is a combination of movement, breath (pranayama), meditation, and chanting. Its goal is not only to make the body stronger and more energetic, but also to increase your level of self-awareness and consciousness. It´s suitable to everyone, even if you`ve never done yoga before.
In the afternoons we connect with nature in many different ways – you get to know how our ancestors expressed their (nature-) spirituality. In deep rituals, shamanic journeys, dances and chantings we reconnect to nature and ourselves. Expect to meet the spirit world and your spirit animal while playing the shamanic drum! After breakfast you can see me for individual shamanic and/or Sat Nam Rasayan healing sessions.
Arrival no earlier than 15:30. We start at 17:30 with an opening ceremony. The last session ends with a closing ceremony at 12:00, followed by lunch.

“This is a real retreat. The mix of yoga and energy work is fantastic!
The mind comes to rest. The awareness of body, mind and soul is trained. Energy work, good food, great conversations and fun are always part of it. Sibyl in her wonderful calmness keeps the space for more in-depth topics professionally.
A heartfelt recommendation for this wonderful program ”
“Sibyl’s Kundalini yoga classes and Shamanism workshops have moved my practice onto another level. The most healing insights I have ever experienced by going deep into my inner self.”

“I had very little contact with yoga, dream journeys or shamanic rituals, but I was curious and immediately felt in the best hands with Sibyl. She leads you on the path and creates an atmosphere of trust and attention. If you feel the need to turn to nature, to recharge your energies, simply to get closer to yourself again, if you are longing for peace and balance, Sibyl takes care and helps you in any case.”

TEACHER’S BIO

Sibyl Bolley
Growing up in rural Germany I got the impression early on that I was somehow different – to be able to perceive more, to be able to see more. And so I developed a great interest in spirituality and psychology in my early youth.
This interest then initially led me to a very down-to-earth degree in social pedagogy. So I worked with children, young people and adults for almost 20 years; I was able to gain endless experience in counseling people in crisis situations.
At the same time, I was always interested in the physical component and did a teacher training in dance pedagogy. Since then I’ve been teaching hip hop and dance theater to children and young people – and repeatedly reached trance states in dance, my connection to my spirituality.
But it was a crisis situation in my life that forced me to surrender deeply. And that’s how yoga found me in 2013. I experienced a calmness and clarity that I had never felt before; at the same time I found a tool to recharge myself – and so step by step my whole life changed – my soul plan opened up.
Initially, my path led me to training in Vinyasa Yoga and trauma pedagogy. The energy work and the meditative elements were like a magnet for me – and so my path led me to further trainings in meditation, Tibetan healing yoga and Kundalini yoga. Further seminars and teacher trainings in shamanism and spiritual healing took me deeper and deeper to the core of myself and my work.
