Imagine yourself starting off the weekend next to a mirror-shiny lake, surrounded by the beautiful Swedish forest and loads of good vibes. Right there and then – press pause. Inhale the fresh air, exhale worries. Roll out your mat, stretch your body and let go of stress. You might already sense the peacefulness you will get from these two days, by being guided through various breathing exercises, flows of yoga and nourishing meals.
We offer these days based on our belief that finding inner balance is vital to living a happy and healthy life, cause that’s what you deserve – a happy and healthy life.
We also believe that we all need some guidance and different tools to find that inner balance. Our toolbox is based on the ancient practices of Yoga and Ayurveda, which we are looking forward to sharing with you in our workshops during this unique retreat.
Why this is unique
This retreat is an exciting opportunity for us to practice yoga together while simultaneously extending that opportunity to someone else. Profits raised from this retreat will help us continue to run the Warrior Yoga Karma Project. The project is designed to make the yoga community more inclusive and accessible for everyone by hosting weekly classes for, particularly vulnerable communities.
Through your participation, Warrior Yoga will be able to fund their new projects through which we offer low-cost yoga in the outskirts of Stockholm, where more of the diverse part of the population resides. We gratefully thank you in advance for being a contributor to this mission.

meet the teachers
During our two days together, we will be three teachers guiding you from Saturday morning until Sunday afternoon. This means there will be plenty of time and possibilities for you to get personal coaching on your yoga practice and daily routines for better health.
“I always feel calm after Ida’s yin classes and energized after her vinyasa classes. Her energy and presence always make me remember why I love yoga so much.”
“Johanna is a competent, generous and caring woman. Thanks to her teaching, I have improved my physical and mental health, become significantly more balanced and more aware of my everyday choices. Some of the differences I experience now, since the counseling of Johanna, is significantly less PMS, I handle challenges and problems in a better way, I experience a greater calm and thus less stress.”
