WHY YOU ARE CALLED
✦ You carry unique gifts that only you can offer — we create the space to bring them forward.
✦ Sensuality as activism: Your sensual energy is your creative pulse — this journey reconnects you with that vital life force to co-create.
✦ Creative energy tends to flow best when our inner system feels balanced. That’s why we will work with the 5 elements (based on Traditional Chinese Medicine) to return to your own felt sense of balance and vitality.
✦ Your erotic life force is a compass: a form of clarity, truth, and creative leadership. A body that leads before the mind explains.

2. THE SWEDEN RETREAT AT SHAMBALA
What makes this retreat special is the co-creative spirit: after months of inner work, we gather in the Swedish wild to not only receive but to share — with workshops, art, and rituals that emerge from the group itself.
What’s included:
• 5 nights / 5 days accommodation
• 3 nourishing vegan meals per day
• Sauna, lake dips, ritual & forest magic
What’s not:
• Travel expenses to Skinnskatteberg via Stockholm
• Daily 2h class led by Linda
• Space for co-creation
• Add-ons offered by the Shambala team such as Kirtan nights, treatments etc.
Important to note: All classes and activities led by either of us will be offered on a sliding scale donation basis, starting at 15 €/h. 50% of all donations will go to a cause donated to a cause we’ll choose together – a way to give back to and honor the lands and lineages our teachings are rooted in. This model keeps the space open, reciprocal, and alive. You give what you can, and what feels true.

THE LOCATION
There’s something truly magical about Sweden. The nature there is stunning, raw and wild. Outside of practices we spend our time in the sauna (the Scandinavian way), jumping in the cold lake, gathering around the bonfire, or going for long walks in the mystical forest. Shambala Gatherings is set in the middle of the Swedish forest on the most beautiful private misty lake, with a floating sauna, and a cosy onsite library.

Linda Sarah Kotin
Linda is a truth seeker, devoted to liberation through connection — with the body, with nature, and with the unseen. Her work is rooted in the art of embodied awakening: weaving somatic wisdom, the 5 Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, cyclical teachings, and myth into intuitive, lived experience.
As a certified yoga therapist with a background in Yoga and psychosomatic healing, she has guided many participants through deep transformation for the last five years — in therapeutic courses, ritual space and sacred circles across Germany and Switzerland.
Rooted in earth-based wisdom and lunar rhythm, her approach blends myth and movement, shadow and sensuality, clarity and mystery – always returning to the body as portal. She is passionate about creating practices that don’t stay on the mat or in the retreat space, but translate into daily life. Ashes & Nectar is her most intimate creation to date: a sensual journey into erotic intelligence and creative embodiment.
This is a journey into the ashes of what’s no longer you — and the nectar of who you’ve always been.

TESTIMONIALS
“Passion. Inspiration. Deliciousness.
You quickly realize that Linda embodies what she teaches.
She is deeply committed to her own path, and through that, passionate about sharing her wisdom, her flame, and her lived experience. She invites you gently and fiercly to listen to what lies hidden within.
Through her meditations and practices, I was able to open up to parts of myself rarely heard or felt in everyday life. Her presence helped me unlock my inner voice.
And the cherry on top? Being together in a circle of like-hearted women, with delicious chai and homemade sweets.”
“A multi-dimensionsal space for body, breath, and being. Linda’s yoga course was a real enrichment for on many levels. Through her mindful guidance, I found more trust in my body again, but also experienced my limits clearly. With scent, sound, movement, stillness, and soul, and above all with your attentive and friendly manner, you created a multi-dimensional course atmosphere in which I felt very comfortable and that speaks to the entire self. Thank you very much for that.”
“I’m deeply grateful for the time spent and the powerful experiences shared in our women circles. Linda guided us through so many layers – from spirituality, feminine wisdom, and rituals to nourishment, healing, and self-discovery. I especially appreciated the richness and variety of what she offered: deep insights, soulful music, heartfelt sharing, and delicious, wholesome snacks. What touched me most was how clearly Linda’s joy and devotion infused the space. Your warmth, care, and presence were truly felt. I’m so glad I could be part of it – and I’m already looking forward to the next circles. Thank you for all the inspiration!”
“During my very first session with Linda, something clicked: for the first time, I experienced the deep connection between breath and movement throughout an entire class. I was given time to move at my own breathing pace and could fully enjoy the feeling and flow. I also appreciated that Linda embedded everything in a broader natural context. This helped me root more deeply in the cycle of nature — and ultimately in myself.
Linda’s multi-faceted offerings opened me up to nature, ritual, and embodied living in a way I had never experienced before. I explored everything from women’s circles to elemental rituals and even a personalized embodiment program tailored just for me. It helped me sleep better, feel more at home in my body, and rediscover my energy in everyday life. I am very grateful to have found Linda and I am looking forward to everything she else she will be offering in the near future!”
